As of 9:30 p.m. Monday, the towns of Canisteo, Bath, Cameron, Urbana, Pulteny, and Wayne were all under states of emergency. On Tuesday morning, the county lifted the emergency travel advisory, but officials are encouraging residents to be cautious when traveling. A travel advisory will remain in effect.
